Everything you need to know about order processing, shipping, lost packages, exchanges, and refunds.
Order Processing
All “Ready to Ship” orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday).
Pre-order or Made-to-Order items may take 6–10 business days for production before shipping.
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer free USPS Priority or UPS Ground (2–3 business days) on all domestic orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship at standard carrier rates calculated at checkout.
All domestic shipments include tracking and signature confirmation for your security.
International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide via Priority International or Express International. Delivery times vary based on destination and customs clearance.
International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in your order total.
Shipping Accuracy
To ensure timely and accurate delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is correct and complete before finalizing your order. Sivel Society is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us as non-deliverable, we will issue store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost or "Delivered but Missing" Packages
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
- Please contact the carrier directly (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to open a claim.
- Sivel Society is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. We cannot issue refunds or replacements once delivery is confirmed.
All shipments are sent with signature or restricted delivery tracking to help protect your order.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We stand behind every piece we make. Because we produce in limited quantities, exchanges and store credit are preferred to maintain fairness and availability.
Exchanges & Store Credit
You may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery using our automated exchange portal at:

Return shipping labels for exchanges and store credit are free.
To qualify:
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, odor, or alteration will not be accepted.
Refunds
Full refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, are subject to a 10–15% restocking fee — a standard practice for limited-run retailers. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once items are received and inspected.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Accessories or headwear

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
